Dominik, If they use the GT-500 engine it will have all of the emission stuff it has in the Mustang so there shouldn't be any problem there....

I would use a cheap FE with cast iron heads, moderate power and drive it every day to work and along the backroads of LA or Utah.

It will be interesting to see how they get the latest emission certification. I am working on a car for Europe to achieve this. I shall contact SPF...
