12 P1's showed up for the day.

The Circuit is used 365 days a year.

    Dry, rain, it matters not.

Many of the cars that grace the Circuit are flown in from all over the planet.

The Circuit owns this Hotel for it's guests, with a helicopter kept on hand to Ferry them about a 12 minute trip to the Circuit.

When you choose to transport your vehicle, and use their Accommodations, your car is warmed up and TRACK READY upon your arrival.

They are a top notch Group, and worthy of the recent World Debut by Porsche of their 2 most recent Models. 452 Automotive

Journalists from 42 Countries attended for 1 week!

Not a bad reputation for a Circuit less than 2 years old.

A little out of my range of spending. Do they offer tents for those of us who can't afford the very best?

    Nomad,

Nice facility. Are there any plans to host any international race venues ?

Ted, it is a world wide "Fly in/Fly out" Circuit! Perhaps this Video will help explain. If you are interested in the Fee to join, and annual Fee's, shoot me.
    Wait that doesn't read right.
    Shoot me a P.M. I meant.

O.K., I understand now. We have a track here in northern Cal (Thunderhill Raceway) that is similar in that it is a club track. They do a lot of track day type events, but as far as I know, no official races. But, although Thunderhill is a nice facility, it certainly isn't as up-scale as the one there. I'm sure that membership there is way above my pay scale ! Thanks for the info.

    Ted,

I am not sure about now but they used to have SCCA sanctioned races at Thunderhill and even a 24 hour race several years ago. Mark Dougherty who came out here to work on my Cope was with a team that did the 24 hour race back then.

Interesting. I've never seen any advertising for races there and the last time I was there (about two years ago) there certainly wasn't enough grandstand seating to accommodate very many spectators. The last I heard was that facility was owned by a San Francisco sports car club.
