    Those cars were all hand stamped and you should see some of the other places they put the vin numbers.

    So that's how a taller person gets into a roadster with the top on..

    I have been trying to imagine how you do that for a couple of years.

    That's pretty much how I enter mine with the top on - at 6'2" I crawl headfirst over towards the pass side, drag one leg in, rotate, sit on one cheek, pull the other leg in and re-arrange myself in the seat. Getting out is almost as interesting - once I open the door the thing that most immediately comes to mind is just lean out and over, put my hands on the ground and walk my way out on my hands, pulling my legs out. I'm sure it's a spectacle at the gas station.
