And some of them are stupid enough to do it right in front of the cops.

Mustangs were well represented again in the stupid class - as usual.

Personally I think the Mustang owners get a bad rap. The stupidity of the drivers seems to capture all makes, but the Mustangs seem to catch the video time.

I wonder though, if the balance and the power of the Mustangs, tend to make them easier to lose, especially with a less capable driver, than other cars.

I doubt it. You see fools in every make of car leaving C&C events and crashing. Since a Mustang is a relatively affordable car you just see more of them. And since they are more affordable they are bought by a younger, less experienced crowd.

Agree - Mustangs so far outsell Camaros and Challengers, although not by a wide margin. So just slightly more Dawin's automotive species buying them to show out in. And in any event these cars are just so much more powerful than what we bought as musclecars in our youth. Can you imagine if in 1967 we could have walked down to the dealership, picked from a showroom stock and drove off in a 11.8 - 12.2 sec 0-60 ponycar. There were some pretty strong cars back then - Cobras, 427 Vettes & COPO cars, solid lifter 409s, 426s, 427s, Super Duty Pontiacs, HR 427 sideoilers, etc, but in a lot of cases the manufacturers made you work to find or order one and charged a pretty penny to do so. A lot of people are going out today and buying way more car than they know how to drive, or can drive safely - and voila! - YouTube has a base they will never run short on.
