    But then you could also use some logic when you see the bridges are not for traffic.

    I could see that happening. I was returning a rental car to BWI and was going to fill the tank. The GPS put me in the middle of this neighborhood of 8000+sf homes and says I'm at the gas station. No way was there a gas station. Might have been one before they built the homes, but not now.

    At some point well before he stopped it should have been obvious to the driver that he was being directed to turn onto something that was not a road.
