    Another NASCAR Rule Change

Well NASCAR is still changing their rules every race or two. Now they have decided that the teams can all start the races on new tires instead of the ones they used to qualify with. I wonder what next weeks change will be.

How about a rule that says unless the grandstands are 80% full the race will be cancelled.

Well James, in that case I guess they will be real busy tearing out more stands.

NASCAR can do what they want because they have a rich TV contract which attract rich race teams with rich sponsor contracts.

I wish I was so successful.
