I zoomed in on it and it looks to be bonded on to me.
Sorry, I have no idea where you could get one. Where did the picture come from?
May be able to make something like this work.

Lou,
I am pretty sure that it is bonded and it looks like one a guy here had made for his Cobra. They both widened his and gave it a little more height and it looked really good. That one doesn't look any higher just as if it was widened more. The one in the picture from the link that Ted posted looks very close to it.

The problem is that I don't have a mold or dimensions.specs and getting information from DAX is very difficult. Tks for the lead.

One option is to go to any good autobody shop that works on Corvettes and they should be able to make up one for you. Show them the pictures and give them the hood. Just bring money.
It came from a video of a guy who owns one of these British Cobras and drove from the UK to Lemans in his Cobra.

Lou,
Is that another hood from the one on your Cobra? If so and you have a good fiberglass place near you, you could take the hood in and show them the picture of the scoop and they should be able to make one and match it to the hood so everything looks in proportion. That is what that friend of mine did here and it looked as if it came from the factory as they matched the hood width and the scoop width perfectly.
