    Cars & Coffee

There is a weekly Saturday morning Cars & Coffee held at Hunt Valley, Maryland. Now that the oppressive heat has abated for a few days and today's forecast is 75-80 degrees in the Baltimore area, I'm driving my Cobra to this morning's event. There should be a fairly large crowd, usually there are 150+ cars and sometimes it approaches 250.

These morning get-togethers are interesting because you'll see anything from a 1955 VW to current day Lambos, Ferraris, and anything in between those extremes. Several weeks ago a guy pulled in with a rubber-tracked WWII tank manufactured by Jaguar. I'll take a few photos and post them later.

I need to wear a jacket for this end of the 25 mile drive! It's 64 degrees now with a light wind.

Sounds like fun David. We used to have those type of meets around here until everyone just seemed to lose interest. I will be looking forward to the pictures and have fun in the Cobra.

I arrived at 7:30 and there were at least 100+ cars on the lot. By 8:30 there were at least 300 or more.

Nice collection of Big Boys Toys.

It's always interesting the scope of what is THE CAR to different folks.

Most of the cars as you know come with pretty cool stories.

I quite often will ask "tell me a story about your car".

I've heard many wonderful one's over the years.

Thanks for sharing with us today.

    Cheers.

I never go to those things because I don't like coffee.
