Here is what gave me the idea for this thread.

A few years back, Stainless Hennie got this idea to build a Hurst, using a GMC truck as the platform. It sure got some jaw dropping stares when he drove it around on it's shake down runs. On old years eve, he actually came around with a coffin (empty of course) in the back, with the interior lights on in the display case. Yes, the neighbors talked...

    Hennie with his creation.

A local custom toy car builder was so impressed with the Hurst, he built a toy model thereof.

That's some hearse. And the guy pictured only needs a black suit and tie to look just like a local "Boot Hill" undertaker.

"Q" I don't have any pictures to Post yet, but that GMC is beautiful!

I can't believe the caliber of talent you have down there.

    Cheers.

Thanks for the kind words. I'll pass the message on to Hennie.

Now for some strange ones from years gone by.

Ok, this is a scooter of sorts thrown in for the hell of it.

I have to agree with Nomad. I like the GMC Hearse. Darn good looking and great craftsmanship.

Also I got to see one of these cars sink in the lake here. The fools driving it were going to impress everyone and they went down a steep boat ramp at full speed and right on under the water as it couldn't get started floating with the speed they hit and they are also very low in the water even if they do stay on top.
