    SunDude, Dubbs,Sawdust.
Some stunning, interesting and different cars. Thank's for sharing.

I didn't actually see this car at the show -- the site was just too big for my young nephew to walk the whole thing -- but the photo caught my attention.

Does anyone know what type of car this is? Is it a kit of some kind? The nose badge seems reminiscent of the Lotus logo...

We've got a little car here that looks similar to the one in question. Here it is called a "Razzo" and it is a kit car. Link supplied to the factory site.

    Q,

I watched a programme on TV where a guy in the USA did a 'Flame' job like that, apparently it's a very unique skill.

    Any idea who dunnit?

You may be thinking of Mike Lavallee from Killer Paint (www.killerpaint.com) and his trademark "real fire."

Sorry Dubbs, no idea. Did you notice the "Punisher's" sign in the flames (on the scoop). It was much better looking in person than on the photo.

Topless- Don't get excited- this is the "Non Cobra - Car Show pictures" section, not the "Girls and Cobras" section.

    Great cars guys.

    Q,

I see a few that are on trailers from time to time. Do you have a Under Construction Class there? Some of our shows do and they can bring the cars on trailers in any state of finish so people can look at their progress and see what they are doing. I like to go look at themas some people have just gotten started and you can really see what the car looked liked before they finish it.

    Ron.

I've never seen a Under Construction Class at any shows around here. But if it is anything car related, it will probably be allowed at the shows.
At our Concourse and Constructors day shows, the guys are encouraged to bring their "works in progress" along so the public can see what goes into building a Cobra. In the past, Kit Car Centre used to bring a either a rolling chassis or a "dissected" example to the shows as a promotional exhibit.

The Cobra in the pics from the Merrickville car show (July 10, 2011), you know that "mystery Cobra kit that was actually quite hideous in person (dig that horrible custom roll bar)".

Don't you think that the roll bar might have been styled after either the Shelby Series One or the Iconic Cobras roll bars?

I'm hoping there was more than just the yellow nylon rope securing the car to the trailer.

After doing a in depth study, I found the following information in the "Joke of the day" section:

A human hair can hold 3kg
Taking this information into account, it is clear that the nylon rope would be more than sufficient for the task, provided they used "Sailor's knots" and had them tied by a boy scout.:crazy
