haha, Johnny boy , i do all the work myself and alone. No, i do not weld. I daire not to mess with it as i happen to know some fine welders . Sunday my friend comes over to weld !
I have prepared the plates this evening and even painted the calipers !
Ok, i must still clean up further the rust and paint it tomorrow ....

It's been a never ending issue with the Weber carbs. Among other complicated tuning issues and a short list of different jets is a maze of work. Here is mine:
Heck, I am just trying hard to get it to work well. ;)
It's no wonder that PMO carbs are doing so well (they fit old Weber intakes).
